About us

We have been supporting adults with enduring mental health issues in and around Woking for 40 years.

We will work with anyone who feels they need our support, providing a safe, welcoming place for people who often have nowhere else to go. Our member services centre on a drop-in service every Monday to Wednesday, from 10am to 2pm where we provide a programme of activities and groups alongside non-clinical support at times of distress.

We are a registered charity, and company limited by guarantee, affiliated to the national Mind charity but operate as an independent, self-governing charity. We receive no funds from Mind or the local Mind Charity shop in Knaphill, who raise funds to support the national charity. The services that each local Mind provides can also vary as they are tailored to meet the needs of the local communities that it serves.
