We are delighted to be able to announce that Woking Mind has been successful in obtaining the Quality Management in Mind Certificate at level 1.<br/><br/> Our thanks to everyone who has helped us in preparing our self assessment and met with the reviewers at the assessment visit.<br/><br/> In the summary section of the reviewers report we were given the following excellent accolade<br/><br/> Woking Mind�s work and impact in tackling stigma related to mental health is disproportionate to its size and capacity. It has excellent innovative links and partnerships, more akin to a level three local Mind, with statutory, cultural and educational organisations in its area of benefit which deliver stigma tackling projects and services to members. Its engagement with student volunteers has worked incredibly well and produced the high quality online education pack, which needs to be promoted across the network. However, capacity for promoting and taking forward projects is very limited but the Mind network may be able to assist. The Board have a wealth of experience in mental and physical health and are very involved in the operational running of the organisation. Talking to all stakeholders it becomes clear how all the various activities and projects compliment each other and engage members in very different ways.
