Vice Chairman

After graduating in law, Chris’s working life was spent in a series of large organisations, mainly in the private sector, but beginning and ending in the public sector. Earlier years included administrative secretarial, personnel and company secretarial work, but for the last 20 years he specialised in the management of corporate pension schemes.

Since retiring, Chris has qualified to teach English as a second language, latterly working as a volunteer in a community school in Mumbai, India. He is also a Director of The Pensions Archive Trust, a registered charity whose aim is to establish a permanent archive relating in particular to occupational pension schemes in the UK.

Mental health issues have impacted considerably on Chris’s close family in recent years and he looks to use that experience to help others, as best he can.
