Woking Mind is governed by The Board of Trustees who are responsible for setting Woking Mind's strategic direction and ensuring delivery of its object through supporting the Management Committee.
The Committee is responsible for managing the corporate affairs of the Charity, all members serve voluntarily. The Committee is supported by the Board of Trustees.
The Charity employs a coordinator with the task of organising and running all the services provided. He is ably supported by a number of members and volunteers enabling us to offer a wide range of activities.
