Woking Mind Grievance Policy Woking Mind aim is always to encourage an open and honest relationship and to raise any concerns in an appropriate manner. This procedure should be used to settle all disputes or grievances and the purpose is to settle any grievance fairly, simply and quickly. Woking Mind Health & Safety Policy The purpose of this policy is to declare Woking Mind commitment and responsibilities in relation to health & safety. It describes the procedures it will follow to manage health & safety. Woking Mind Management of the Minibus This document is an appendix to the Health and Safety Policy and explains how Woking Mind manages the safety of those who use it's minibus. Woking Mind record of incidents for the minibus This is the form that Woking Mind uses to record incidents or defects on the minibus Woking Mind Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Policy This policy explains Woking Mind responsibilities regarding the safeguarding of vulnerable adults. It also provides guidance on the actions that should be taken should a concern be raised. Woking Mind Service User Involvement Policy Woking Mind is committed to placing service users at the centre of all its activities. That includes recruiting and supporting service users to become trustees and paid members of staff, supporting service users as volunteers, helping service users to play a full role in developing and delivering services, and supporting service users to develop and deliver their own services. In this way, we hope to become a truly service user led organisation in which service user involvement is a central part of everything we do. Woking Mind hold regular drop-in sessions at two locations. There is no need to book or to be referred so please feel free to just drop-in!
