1 in 4 adults experience a mental health problem in any given year and we will all know of someone who has been affected by mental ill health. Whilst more people than ever are reaching out for help, sometimes the right help is hard to find.

Our valued services allow people to get emotional support and advice when they are in desperate need of help and unable to access any other service. We help people make empowered decisions and get the right support for their recovery.
Mental health support is needed more than ever to provide vital support during this challenging time.
Whilst we have to protect ourselves and others physically, many others are feeling trapped mentally.
We are doing everything we can to make sure that those vulnerable are supported the best way possibly. But we rely on the generosity of the public to deliver our care. Most of our fundraising activities have been put on hold and we’re facing a devastating loss of funds.
