Mental health training is one way we can change the experience of people affected by mental health difficulties.
1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in any given year. It can happen to anyone, at any age and at any time so it’s vital that people have the confidence to talk about their mental health and know how to respond and where to go when problems arise.
We can help improve the understanding of mental health in your organisation, whether it be at your workplace, school or community group. All our training courses and talks are designed to increase people’s confidence in talking about mental health. Our training courses take place over half or full day and are aimed to increase knowledge about common mental health conditions with practical tools and strategies to help on a personal level as well as to support others.
Our trainers are professionals in mental health and bring together theory and real-life examples to provide a comprehensive training programme. We will work with you to ensure the session meets your objectives and that the content and delivery is tailored to your requirements.
