Our Key Policies
Woking Mind incorporates and fully supports the national Mind Quality Mark (MQM) management system as our benchmark of quality in the provision of our services. The MQM is regularly audited and forms a key part of ensuring our commitment to quality in our organisational standards and performance. This requires the development and implementation of a number of policies on key areas. These are designed to assure and protect our service users, volunteers, staff and supporters that we operate in a robust, safe and fair way. We have a regular review cycle and this helps our culture of continuous improvement and learning. The person who ensures that the organisation adheres to and develops our work in line with Mind’s quality standards is our Chief Executive.
Having policies and procedures which are open to scrutiny, available and are regularly reviewed is important for Woking Mind’s dealings with its partners, service users, staff and all those involved with the organisation.
