Walking for Health Coordinator & Wellbeing Group Facilitator

Tasha facilitates the Young persons and Egham wellbeing groups and coordinates and leads our successful healthy walking scheme in Woking & Runnymede boroughs.

Jane Hulbert

Care Manager

Jane runs our drop-in groups as well as our postnatal depression, wellbeing and anxiety groups. She has been working in mental health for nine years after retraining as a counsellor.

Rana King

Mental Health & Housing Support Worker

Rana works within Woking Borough Council’s Housing Department providing advice and support to staff and service users, to reduce the impact mental health difficulties can have on maintaining a tenancy.

Debbie Morley

CWC Lead

Debbie leads our Community Wellbeing Service, and is responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and ensuring that they are supported with regular community wellbeing calls

Sue Bailey

Mindfulness Programme Lead

Sue is responsible for developing our talking and volunteer counselling services. She is also a trained mindfulness practitioner and runs our mindfulness meditation groups.

Laura Barden

Business Support Manager

Laura is responsible for making sure that our busy Woking office runs effectively. She is also PA to the Chief Executive, Tony Bennett.

Jude Thomas

Marketing & Fundraising Executive

Jude works closely with Mandy looking after our social media platforms, website and helping with all aspects of marketing and fundraising to promote and and fund our services.

Counselling Lead

Sarah leads our Counselling Service, and is responsible for understanding the needs of our clients and ensuring that they are supported with counselling.

Mark Burton

Development & Volunteer Manager

Mark works closely with Ruth helping develop new projects & initiatives which support our strategic priorities. Mark also looks after all our wonderful volunteers, from recruiting the right people to ensuring that they’re trained and well supported, so that volunteering is a positive experience for them and us.

Trudi Fletcher

Clinical Pathway Lead

Trudi is responsible for developing and managing our administrative processes that support our services and will form the direct contact for clients when they contact us.

Saima Salman

Shifa Community Development Manager

Saima is responsible for community engagement and course development. She liaises and builds relationships with partners and other organisations. She works closely with Khalda on a day to day basis running and managing projects.

Khalda Kusar

Shifa Project Lead

Khalda works closely with Saima, providing administrative support. She helps to develop new Shifa projects and supports existing ones. Khalda also looks after Shifa’s social media platforms and website with the help of Mandy.

Training Development and Delivery Manager – Workplace Wellbeing

Kelly is responsible for developing and delivering workplace wellbeing initiatives that support local businesses to enhance the mental and physical wellbeing of their employees.

Finance Manager

Catherine is responsible for managing the charity’s finances, making sure we manage our money effectively and that our accounts are prepared in accordance with the law and professional standards.
