Ramblers Wellbeing Walks

“An excellent way of meeting other people, who have been though similar situations to oneself. Plus there are wonderful benefits in being outdoors, enjoying the views and taking exercise.”

“Ramblers Wellbeing Walks are friendly and welcoming. They allow me to be myself, mix with friendly, likeminded people doing something I enjoy, and seeing little parts of my local area that I probably wouldn’t go to on my own. I love being in the countryside and I don’t feel lonely when I am in this group. I am able to be my true self and for a while forget about things that worry me. Ramblers wellbeing walks are helping me a lot and I am very happy to have plucked up the courage to take part.”
