Talking to someone can help to look at problems or issues that are bothering you in a new or different way.

It helps you offload your thoughts and even reorganise them rather than having them build up. You may find yourself finding new insights once you say something out loud.

The benefits of talking are plentiful but it’s important to find someone you trust and feel comfortable talking to.

We understand that sometimes it’s easier to talk to a stranger than to relatives or friends and our one to one support is highly valued by those that use it.

Community Wellbeing Calls

Are you concerned about your mental health or need some advice on how to build your resilience?

You can request a support call with one of our trained volunteers to talk about your mental health and overall wellbeing, discuss some coping techniques that could help you and/or also receive details of other services or organisations that we feel may be of benefit to you.

These calls are free, and can be scheduled in between Monday to Friday. To request a call, you can text or ring the support phone number on 07860 340739.

Counselling Support

We offer regular one to one support for anyone who is struggling or has mild to moderate mental health conditions. We have a team of passionate volunteer counsellors that can offer 10 free sessions via telephone or Zoom during this present time. Voluntary donation welcomed.

If you feel you could benefit from this service, please contact [email protected] to arrange an assessment.
